What you are buying
NECO calls its result-checker PIN a token: a 12-digit code you enter on the results portal. We sell the token itself, delivered as text rather than a scratch card.
How to use it
- Pay above. The token appears on your order page.
- Open results.neco.gov.ng.
- Choose your exam type and year.
- Enter your registration number, then the token.
- Submit, then print or save the slip.

How many results can one token check?
One token checks one candidate's result up to five times. It locks to the first exam number you use it with.
Does it work for SSCE, GCE and BECE?
Yes. The same token works on the NECO results portal for the internal SSCE, the GCE (external) sitting and the BECE. You choose the exam on the portal.
Can I check by SMS instead?
Yes. Send NECO*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear to 32327 from any Nigerian line. Your network charges for the message on top of the token price.
How fast does the token arrive?
On screen within seconds of payment clearing, and by email at the same time.
What if the token does not work?
Send us your order reference and the error. A faulty token is replaced or refunded in full.
